ill try to get you some tickets for next year, just remind me
1. Tennessee Football I was at the Florida game a few years back when the Vols kicked that 50 some yard field goal for the win. Place went nuts, I can only imagine what 98 was like.
2. Virginia Tech.......... Basketball shocking as it may sound, if you've never been up there for an ACC game go, place is rocking. Not a lot of people but they make some noise, would love to go back.
3. Tampa Bay drunk Floridians hollering Tampa and the other side hollering Bay. It's been a long time since I was down there last time I went was when John Lynch and Sapp were playing for the Bucs.

The only major sports venues ive been to are Neyland Stadium and Thompson Bolling Arena
Neyland Stadium, Oriole Park, new arena in Raleigh
Turner Field- there is really not a bad seat in that place. One of the cooler things about the stadium is they still have the diamond of Fulton Co. Stadium in the parking lot and they have the spot marked where Aaron's 716th HR went out.
Neyland Stadium- just an amazing spectacle of sound and crazed fans. What I think is cool is the closer you get to the field, the more you see of the original stadium.
The Dean Dome- you feel the history there, it doesn't rock like Cameron Indoor (too many old people paying for the seats closest to the floor), but it is still amazing. You look at the rafters and see all these jerseys of legends hanging there, wow.
Places I want to go:
Fenway Park
Wrigley Field
Are you reffering to atmosphere or the facilities themselves and the aura around them.
For Atmosphere I will go wiht VT they are always pumped and got Lane rocking. UT can blow away anyone as long as the game is good enough to merit it (i.e. the Florida game) otherwise all the bluehairs make it fairly dull just setting and taking up space. North Wilkesboro Speedway was just electric all around, Bristol had nothing on this place.
Facilities:
Commonwealth Stadium, Kentucky football. Very nice, beautiful building all seats have great view and a nice jumbotron, plenty of nearby parking and easy to get in and out.
Texas Motor Speedway. Fairly new (20 years) it was built state of the art and had every ammenity you could put in a place. The skyboxes are incredible, and parking and traffic is no problem.

Yankee Stadium. I'm not a yankee fan, but took my son to opening day a couple of years ago. The place is just magical. Both Football and Basketball venues rock at Va. Tech.
Call it like you see it

Will teach me to proofread before I post. I knew it opened in 1996 (even looked it up) just hit the 2 instead of the 1. Thanks for the correction.
I don't put BMS at the top anymore, I just don't get that excited about that place anymore. I guess going there twice a year for 20+ years will do that to ya, till the last 6-7 years it was at the top though.

I've been to the second round of the NCAA tourney the last two years, and while it's been held at different arenas, the atmosphere is fantastic. You have 4 teams and 4 different fan bases and it makes for a very spirited day of basketball.
